Disability Services Director

About the Role:
This 12 month maximum term full-time position requires a Disability Support Leader to provide coaching and mentoring to support workers, enhancing their skills and knowledge in disability support services.
The successful candidate will lead a team, providing guidance and supervision to achieve positive outcomes. They will also be responsible for ensuring staff are skilled and knowledgeable in delivering contemporary disability services.
- Lead a team and provide expert advice and supervision to achieve goals
- Evaluate and enhance staff capabilities in delivering high-quality disability services
- Develop and maintain partnerships with families and supporters
- Manage service operations, including compliance, reporting, and staff ratios
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure consistency in delivering excellent service
- Investigate and report on incidents and complaints
- Communicate effectively, upholding Life Without Barriers' values
- Participate in an on-call roster, sharing responsibilities with colleagues
