Operations Analyst Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Operations Analyst to join our team. This role offers a unique blend of system optimization, reporting and analytics, process excellence and automation, and stakeholder partnership and training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Optimisation:
    • Manage configuration, user permissions, and fields within the ATS/CRM, making necessary adjustments to enhance system functionality.
    • Identify and prioritize opportunities to re-configure systems for improved user experience and usability.
  • Reporting & Analytics:
    • Partner with IT Application Support and analysts to build customized dashboards that meet operational team needs.
  • Process Excellence & Automation:
    • Document core recruiting processes (SOPs) to drive standardization and provide training support for the team.
  • Stakeholder Partnership & Training:
    • Provide training for recruiters and hiring managers on new dashboards, reports, and workflow changes.
    • Collaborate with the finance team to align hiring-cost tracking and revenue-per-hire calculations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Essential:
    • 3+ years of experience in recruitment operations, HR analytics, or business intelligence within a high-volume environment.
    • Advanced skills in ATS/CRM administration and Excel.
    • Proven ability to translate operational needs into actionable business requirements and detailed action plans.
    • Demonstrated experience leading process improvements or projects.
    • Strong stakeholder management skills and experience delivering training.
  • Desirable:
    • Experience with ATS implementation.
    • Familiarity with business intelligence tools.
