Facility Ambassador

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to provide exceptional front of house services to visitors at Schwerkolt Cottage and Whitehorse Artspace, ensuring a high level of customer service and safety.
Key responsibilities will include conducting tours of the facility, providing information to visitors while maintaining exhibition displays to a high standard. This is an 8 hour per fortnight part-time position with opportunities for weekday tours and backfilling on an ad-hoc basis.
If you have strong verbal communication skills and presentation experience, and a genuine interest in local history and cultural industries, we encourage you to apply.
