Facilities Service Ambassador

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to patrons of our facilities and Council's offsite venues. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that Council staff and external customers receive a high level of satisfaction when using our facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide thoughtful and responsive service, addressing the needs of both internal and external stakeholders, fostering a positive customer experience
- Ensure equipment is functional and adhering to OH&S guidelines by setting up and dismantling meeting rooms and functions, including tables and chairs, AV equipment and coffee stations
- Liaise with the public, event organisers, external users and Council staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Act as the Fire Warden in the event of an emergency and help coordinate the organisation's Emergency Management Plan
This position may require working during weekends and evening hours and across several facilities within the Municipality as and when needed.
