This role involves leading complex projects from feasibility to detailed design, overseeing project resources and budgets while mentoring junior staff. Building strong client relationships and representing the company across government and private sectors is essential.

The Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver projects within allocated timelines and budgets.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Mentor and train junior staff.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and business development efforts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Chartered Engineer status and RPEQ registration.
  • Deep knowledge of TMR and Austroads design standards.
  • Proven experience in project delivery for Transport and Main Roads.
  • Strong network and knowledge of the Far North Queensland infrastructure market.
