Job Title: Infrastructure Development Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as an Infrastructure Development Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for project managing the planning and delivery of road infrastructure projects, including the administration of contracts and provision of technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the selection of the most suitable contract process for project delivery and administer the contract to ensure compliance and successful delivery;
  • Work closely with senior engineering staff to deliver road maintenance performance contracts within specific local government areas;
  • Determine appropriate bridge and road maintenance procedures and work instructions, and manage road and bridge maintenance tasks;
  • Calculate quantities of component materials, analyse test results, and identify non-conformances;
  • Manage under supervision, projects or elements of projects, and provide support and advice on the planning and design process;
