Role Summary:
Senior HR Business PartnerThis role is an excellent opportunity for a skilled HR professional to provide strategic and operational support across various HR service areas. The Senior HR Business Partner will work closely with stakeholders, travelling between different locations as required, to deliver commercial business results.
About the Role:
- Develop and implement effective HR strategies aligned with organisational objectives.
- Provide operational advisory and delivery support in accordance with a new and exciting HR Service Delivery Model.
- Be the first point of contact for the Business Partnering team, providing support, coaching and advising on complex matters.
You will be responsible for responding to and resolving complex HR enquiries, identifying opportunities to improve, digitise and automate HR processes, and developing productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and customers.
About You:
- An experienced HR professional with a relevant Tertiary qualification or equivalent experience, extensive experience in HR Business Partnering roles delivering commercial business results.
- Effective at developing productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and customers, possessing strong interpersonal and influencing skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to be contactable outside of business hours when required.
