The company: This high-growth global manufacturing business has a market-leading product with worldwide customers.
Manufacturing occurs in Perth, China, and Mexico, shipping products to major infrastructure, mining, and construction companies globally.
With recent external investment, the business is poised for further growth.
The role: Reporting to the CEO, you will oversee the global Human Resources function.
Collaborating with HR leaders in various countries, you will develop strategy, enhance the EVP, and partner with the ELT to support the company's growth ambitions.
About you: Bring experience in leading HR teams in Australia and internationally.
Knowledge of elevating a multi-country EVP and partnering with an ELT to enhance leadership for the next growth phase.
