A new opportunity has arisen for a forward-thinking and results-driven Agile Coach to join our organization.

We are seeking an experienced professional who can lead the design and continuous improvement of our agile methodologies, ensuring they are aligned with business objectives and values. This role requires strong facilitation and coaching skills to empower teams to self-organize and deliver high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining and enhancing agile craft, including scaled agile methodologies and emerging practices
  • Ensuring teams have a clear understanding of agile principles and values, and promoting continuous improvements in their ways of working
  • Leading and coaching others in facilitating ceremonies, from team to enterprise level
  • Developing capabilities in individuals, teams, and leaders to achieve key motivations, career objectives, and personal improvement needs
  • Encouraging teams to improve customer centricity, agile maturity, and flow of value, while identifying impediments to business agility

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Certified Enterprise Agile Coach or equivalent experience
  • Expert understanding of agile practices and frameworks, such as SAFe, LeSS, and Scrum at Scale
  • Proven experience in delivering large-scale initiatives
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, communication, and mentoring skills
  • Ability to solve complex problems and drive transformational change
