Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Agile Transformation Lead to drive enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. As a key member of the delivery team, you will facilitate Agile practices, ensure team delivery success, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have experience in driving Agile practices, ensuring team delivery success, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Experience in banking or financial services, particularly with data integration tools like Informatica, is highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Agile practices and ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Identify and remove blockers for consistent and efficient team delivery.
  • Coach and mentor cross-functional teams in Agile principles, frameworks (Scrum, SAFe), and delivery best practices.
  • Track sprint progress, manage delivery risks, and escalate issues as needed.
  • Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, developers, and testers for end-to-end delivery.
  • Promote team transparency and maintain communication flow across stakeholders.
  • Support release and deployment planning activities, especially in data-focused projects using Informatica.
