Agile Transformation Lead

As an Agile Transformation Lead, you will lead Agile Scrum teams in collaboration with Product Owners to manage delivery and drive Agile practices/processes to reduce cycle time and ensure sustainable pace of work.

Key responsibilities include facilitating Scrum ceremonies, coaching teams for data-driven approaches, championing knowledge sharing, and fostering accountability.

Candidates should possess experience as a Scrum Master, track record introducing Agile methodologies, and comfortable conducting sprint plans, estimations, and backlogs.

Mandatory skills include passion for Agile principles (Scrum, Kanban), capturing and interpreting metrics to help teams improve, facilitating communication, and driving cross-functional collaboration.

We are seeking an active role in the Agile community and welcome candidates who can actively participate in Agile events and conferences.

">Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master with a proven track record introducing Agile methodologies in complex environments.
  • Comfortable conducting sprint plans, estimations, and backlogs.
  • Passionate about Agile principles (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Capture and interpret metrics to help teams improve.
  • Facilitate communication and drive cross-functional collaboration.
  • Active role in the Agile community.
