Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Culinary Director to lead our fantastic kitchen team at Novotel and Ibis Melbourne Central. As our Head Chef, you will play a pivotal role in creating unforgettable dining experiences for our guests.

  • Inspire and lead the kitchen team, setting the standard for exceptional service and quality cuisine.
  • Recruit, onboard, train, roster, coach, motivate, and manage team members effectively to achieve our goals.
  • Oversee kitchen costs, inventory, and labor management to optimize efficiency and profitability.
  • Uphold food safety and maintain high HACCP standards to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Develop promotions and events to drive revenue and increase customer satisfaction.
