Job Overview:

As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading our Arrears and Debt Management team. This role requires a highly skilled professional who can provide expert advice, direction, and leadership to staff in the management of arrears and the collection of debts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise senior management on key matters as required.
  • Ensure that all correspondence, reports, and submissions are accurate and provided within the given timeframes.
  • Provide guidance to customers and stakeholders regarding the department's requirements for repayment arrears and customer debt collection.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure that all customer enquiries are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Plan and organize work to achieve results, utilizing innovation and change when necessary.
  • Support the implementation of policies and continuous improvement of systems and processes through system appraisals.
  • Maintain a workplace safety culture by ensuring all policies and practices concerning Workplace Health and Safety are applied in day-to-day operations.
