Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Financial Investigator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting thorough financial investigations and providing expert analysis to support business decisions.

You will work closely with senior management to identify areas of risk and develop strategies to mitigate them. Your attention to detail and ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner will be essential in this position.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and auditing, with experience in financial statement analysis and internal control evaluations. You will also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough financial investigations and provide expert analysis to support business decisions
  • Identify areas of risk and develop strategies to mitigate them
  • Develop and implement effective internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Provide training and guidance to junior employees on financial investigation techniques and best practices
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in financial auditing or investigation
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
