Job Title

The role involves assisting individuals experiencing homelessness to access sustainable housing outcomes and relevant services.

A collaborative approach with key stakeholders, service providers, and participants is crucial in empowering service users and enhancing their capacity for positive change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement client-centred, strength-based practice consistent with established frameworks;
  • Deliver high-quality interventions and/or case management services;
  • Support individuals with complex needs to access essential services;
  • Conduct thorough needs and risk assessments to ensure effective service responses.

This part-time position entails 22 hours of work per week, spread across five days. The funding is currently secured until 30 June 2026.

Successful candidates will possess relevant qualifications, skills, and experience working within the homelessness sector. We seek dedicated professionals committed to driving positive change within the community.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in social sciences, health, psychology, or related fields;
  • Proven ability to provide high-quality customer-centred individual and/or family therapeutic interventions and/or case management services;
  • Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with a focus on building effective relationships;
  • Well-developed organisational, time management, and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines;
  • Experience in maintaining professional boundaries while engaging in person-centred work.
