Job Opportunity:

Social Futures supports individuals facing homelessness to access long-term housing outcomes, education, and employment opportunities.

As a Program Worker - Accommodation Supports, you will collaborate with stakeholders, service providers, and participants to empower service users and develop their capacity for positive change.

You will promote client-centred, strength-based, and trauma-informed practice consistent with the Social Futures Practice Framework.

You will provide high-quality interventions and case management, support participants with complex needs, and conduct thorough assessments.

This is a part-time role of up to 22 hours per week. If you have relevant qualifications, skills, and experience working in the homelessness sector, this position may be suitable for you.

We seek an individual passionate about making positive change in the community, with tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in health, psychology, social work, or a related field.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to maintain professional boundaries while engaging in person-centred work.
