Drive Growth and Market Share in Healthcare

We are seeking an experienced Territory Manager to drive sales growth and market share by promoting our Advanced Surgical Technologies portfolio to key surgeons and clinical staff within the Brisbane region.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell products and services within an assigned geographic area.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by developing strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Develop, build, and strengthen long-term partnerships with customers and other medical staff.
  • Conduct needs assessments and provide product services to maximize benefits derived from our products and/or services.
  • Establish education and promote our company's products and/or services.
  • Perform market research including customer and competitor analysis.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a science-related discipline.
  • Proven sales experience selling into hospitals with a successful track record in medical devices.
  • Strong understanding of the Australian public and private healthcare system and experience working within Operating Theatres.
  • Solid clinical knowledge with the ability to build strong working relationships with key surgeons and other medical staff.
  • Self-motivated individual who strives to exceed customer expectations and deliver outstanding results.
