About the Role:



  • Contribute to and implement the Amazon Flex Australia DP experience strategy, roadmap, and operational plans.
  • Leverage deep dives to prioritize actions that improve DP satisfaction and engagement, structuring findings into a business case that supports project planning.
  • Implement innovative products or operational initiatives to drive step changes in DP experience and remove pain points and barriers.
  • Collaborate with global driver experience, product, and technology teams.
  • Own the operational performance and key metrics/KPIs for DP satisfaction with other organizations in Amazon.
  • Communicate clearly and regularly with stakeholders, including ongoing project/program status reports and capturing requirements.
  • Analyze data and insights to solve business problems at their root, understanding the broader context.
  • Monitor project execution to ensure quality and timely delivery, maintaining overall program integrity.

A Day in the Life:


This Program Manager will help us answer questions like: how can we improve the experience of DPs through product and program interventions? What innovative strategies will help solve their pain points?


Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 3+ years of program or project management experience.
  • Experience defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
  • Knowledge of Excel and SQL at an advanced level.

Preferred Qualifications:



  • 3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
  • Stakeholder management skills, dealing with multiple stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
  • Process building, project management, and scheduling experience.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
