We are seeking a seasoned Magazine Editor to manage our content, lead our editorial team and drive the success of our monthly publication. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in magazine editing and content operations.

The role involves:

  • Sourcing and editing articles and images for each issue.\
  • Working closely with our Content Lead to align the magazine's direction with our overall vision.\
  • Collaborating with our design team to support the magazine's design process.\
  • Assessing current publication practices and proposing improvements for content quality and operational efficiency.\
  • Supporting revenue creation through collaboration with our Sales and Marketing team.\
  • Utilizing excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with colleagues, freelancers, and stakeholders.\

  • Operations Management - Oversee and manage the day-to-day activities of the magazine, including production, distribution, and maintenance of the publication.\
  • Performance Analysis - Evaluate and report on the performance of the magazine, including metrics such as circulation, readership, and revenue.\
  • Project Management - Plan, organize, and control resources to achieve specific objectives and deliverables.\
  • Quality Control - Ensure the highest standards of quality in the magazine, including content, design, and production.\
  • Reporting - Prepare and present reports to senior leadership and other stakeholders on the status and progress of the magazine.\
  • Research and Development - Conduct market research, analyze data, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.\
