We are a leading publisher of RV travel and lifestyle content.
The Challenge:
This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned editor to lead our content team and shape the direction of our publications.
This role involves managing freelance contributors, overseeing editorial workflows, and ensuring high-quality content for our monthly issues.
This is a hands-on leadership opportunity to drive our content strategy and shape our print and digital presence.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage freelance journalists and ensure timely content delivery.
- Source and edit articles and images for each issue.
- Fully control the editorial workflow, making decisions to maximize content value.
- Collaborate with the Content Lead to align the magazine's direction with the overall vision.
- Coordinate with our design team to support the magazine's design process.
- Assess current publication practices and propose improvements for content quality and operational efficiency.
- Work with the Sales and Marketing team to support revenue creation.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in an editor or assistant editor role.
- Strong background in magazine editing and content operations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
- Enthusiasm about RV travel, lifestyle, and related content is advantageous.
