The role of a senior content producer involves overseeing the development and production of engaging audio experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of producers in creating high-quality podcasts, developing new original content and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Collaborate with talent to create compelling content, providing mentorship and guidance to podcast producers and encouraging creativity.
- Maintain a positive attitude, strong work ethic and commitment to continuous improvement.
- Minimum 10 years of experience working in audio and content management, as well as experience leading creative teams.
- Strong creative, content and idea generation skills, with the ability to develop innovative concepts for editorial and commercial content.
- Excellent communication and feedback skills, with the ability to provide constructive criticism.
- Proven relationship management experience with talent and managers, with an understanding of legal restrictions around content ownership and intellectual property.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, including budgets and timelines with multiple stakeholders involved.
- Experience incorporating commercial content into podcasts from conceptualization through to delivering final assets for clients.
