
Therapist Rehabilitation Specialist

Our two-year Graduate Program seeks motivated individuals to join a team of dedicated allied health professionals in making a genuine difference in the lives of those they treat.
You will work alongside experienced colleagues, supporting clients on their journey to return to work and life after physical or psychological injury.
The role involves conducting initial rehabilitation assessments and planning to assist clients with physical injuries and psychosocial barriers to participate in Graduated Return to Work Programs.
- Managing cases for clients transitioning back to the same or new employment.
- Delivering services within your scope of practice, such as:
- Worksite assessments
- Functional Capacity Evaluations
- Ergonomic assessments for home, office, and vehicle environments
- Injury prevention training tailored to client needs
- Work task analyses and job dictionary preparation
- Coordinating a holistic treatment approach, liaising with treating practitioners to monitor progress and adjust plans.
- Collaborating with medical teams to assess clients' health and work capacity.
- Documenting case notes and reports.
- Supporting veterans in achieving their psychosocial, medical, and vocational goals.
- Gaining experience across various insurance schemes and working with self-insured employers.
- Training to deliver the Virtual Reality Empowered Pain program for clients with persistent pain.
