Key Responsibilities

Support our stores across ANZ with new/renewals of leases, ensuring all key deadlines are met for leasing contracts and administration.

  • Manage the global leasing tool and store master data
  • Negotiate temporary trading locations and storage locations
  • Develop business cases and partner with legal to finalize and track leases
  • Provide workflow and timing to legal on leasing contract activities
  • Attend Network Committee meetings as a key minute taker
  • Maintain the leasing document repository
  • Support Director Network & Franchise Management with cluster plans and roadmap administration
  • Collaborate with SDPE to complete network projects
