Company DescriptionJob Description
  • Delivery of leasing services to clients as per client contract.
  • Successful lease renewals and reduced rental negotiations.
  • Ongoing client relationship management.
  • Increasing the average tenure term across the portfolios.
  • Increasing the security and utility of tenure.
  • Achieve significant operational savings for our client by negotiating longer lease duration's.
Qualifications
  • A property-related degree or property related experience.
  • Experience working with a major Telco preferred but not essential.
  • Background in leasing transactions including dealing with major landlords.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills, particularly in liaising and negotiating with major corporate clients.
