Job Title:

Commercial Leasing Specialist

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Commercial Leasing Specialist to join our dynamic team.


About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced leasing executive to play a key role in delivering tailored solutions to valued clients, while building on the momentum of a dominant team.

This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires strong negotiation skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a commercial mindset.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Pursue new appointments and focus on both new and existing business relationships.
  • Contribute to the preparation of pitches and proposals.
  • Canvass tenants to identify opportunities and generate demand.
  • Manage reporting and asset promotion activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Assist in maintaining a high integrity client database, including data entry of listings, contacts and transactions.

Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience in commercial real estate, ideally in a leasing or sales capacity.
  • A client-first approach and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong negotiation skills and understanding of current market trends.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • A commercial mindset and proactive attitude.
  • Assistant Agent or Class 2 NSW Real Estate Licence.
  • A collaborative mindset with a high level of enthusiasm.
