Job Opportunity

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to Pandora’s stores across the Asia-Pacific region, specifically in leasing and contract management. This role involves ensuring all key deadlines are met for leasing contracts and administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and administer global leasing tools
  • Oversee store master data and ensure it is accurate and up-to-date
  • Negotiate leases for temporary trading locations and storage facilities to support refits and relocations
  • Develop business cases (IPs) and provide support with their implementation
  • Collaborate with legal teams to finalize and track leasing contracts
  • Provide timely updates and workflow information on leasing contract activities to legal teams
  • Take minutes during Network Committee meetings
  • Manage a centralized document repository related to leasing in conjunction with Franchise & Distributor Administrator and Legal teams
  • Support the Director of Network & Franchise Management with cluster 3-Year Plan administration
  • Support the Director of Network & Franchise Management with cluster Roadmap administration
  • Partner with SDPE to deliver network projects
  • Assist the Director of Network & Franchise Management with ad-hoc administrative tasks
