We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Customer Support Coordinator to join our team. This fixed-term full-time opportunity offers an attractive remuneration package with incentives.

The Role

The Customer Support Coordinator will report to the Customer Support Manager and provide exceptional customer service to our builder customer base by managing customer support effectively and timely.

This role makes a significant contribution to business performance, ensuring the overall success of the team.

Your Responsibilities

  • An aptitude to initiate and manage sales orders, stock, transport, and back orders, including revisions and adjustments.
  • Expert knowledge to provide estimations and quotes to the customer base, including managing revisions and adjustments.
  • Initiative to set up projects and commencement processes.
  • Efficiency to follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction guarantee is achieved.
  • Ability to guide the client through an efficient, speedy, and active transaction process.
  • Capacity to build strong relationships with both customers and suppliers.
