High-Performance Sauna Installation Specialist

This is a unique opportunity to join a rapidly growing startup as a high-performance sauna installation specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling sauna installations, returns, and maintenance jobs in your city.

You will work closely with our internal operations team and third-party logistics providers to ensure seamless delivery, installation, disassembly, and maintenance of infrared saunas at customer locations. Your excellent communication and customer service skills will be essential in ensuring that every job site is set up and managed safely, following all relevant WHS procedures.

In this role, you will also supervise, support, and train off-site technicians, ensuring they understand procedures and uphold our safety and service standards. You will be required to troubleshoot and resolve on-site sauna issues, escalating to the Head Technician when necessary.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and schedule sauna installations, returns, and maintenance jobs in your city
  • Complete and oversee the safe delivery, installation, disassembly, and maintenance of infrared saunas at customer locations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve on-site sauna issues
  • Supervise, support, and train off-site technicians

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • PREFERRED EXPERIENCE IN DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, OR SIMILAR FIELDS, BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY EAGER TO LEARN AND SHOW INITIATIVE
  • Basic mechanical aptitude; able to use tools and handle physical work
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
