Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the occupant experience within our assigned property portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service delivery, ensuring compliance with SOPs, and adopting technology to enable workplace experience.

This role requires strong analytical, organisational, and administration skills, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in Facilities, Corporate Services or similar, and will be adaptable to a fast-paced working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day service delivery by the workplace team and vendor partners
  • Ensure compliance to SOPs, delivery guides, and SLAs
  • Proactively develop client relationships and achieve expected service levels
  • Actively encourage an environment that supports teamwork, co-operation, performance excellence, and personal success
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in Facilities, Corporate Services or similar
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced working environment
  • Analytical, organisational, and administration skills
  • Customer service and client-focused
