Key to our success is the role of the Workplace Advisory Specialist. This professional will be instrumental in delivering a range of workplace initiatives that drive positive outcomes for our customers and stakeholders.
This specialist will be responsible for the management of complex intake, triage, and clinical coordination of services, as well as providing managerial and executive support, individual counselling and coaching, critical incident response, training and development, and bespoke organisational development services.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership/management experience and a broad understanding of workplace and organisational dynamics and performance frameworks. They will also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, customers, and affiliate businesses.

The key qualifications required for this role include:
- Qualifications in Psychology or Mental Health Social Work
- Current AHPRA registration or AASW membership
- Broad experience providing individual coaching and support for personal and work-related issues
- A strong understanding of workplace and organisational dynamics and performance frameworks
- Ability to work collaboratively to identify solutions and opportunities for positive improvements
- Experience in Critical Incident Response and trauma informed intervention
- Strong leadership/management experience
- The ability to analyse and interpret data and key trends
- Report writing and program design skills
- The ability to partner with customers and key stakeholders
- Demonstrated commercial acumen
