Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Workplace Experience Specialist to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional workplace services and front-of-house hospitality in a corporate office environment.

You will manage workplace services, customer relationships, and work closely with key stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have at least three to five years of relevant experience in workplace, hospitality, or service industry.

You will be responsible for managing visitor reception, meeting room support, general housekeeping, and upkeep of the office.

You will also assist with mail, courier, and storage management, as well as vendor management and general finance tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional workplace services and front-of-house hospitality
  • Manage customer relationships and provide excellent communication skills
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Manage workplace services, including visitor reception and meeting room support
  • Assist with general housekeeping and upkeep of the office
  • Manage vendor relationships and perform administrative tasks

Requirements

  • At least three to five years of relevant experience in workplace, hospitality, or service industry
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
