As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, your journey begins the moment you enter the establishment. With your enthusiasm and dedication, you will collaborate closely with your team to establish standards and momentum—mentoring, motivating, and fostering growth. Your goal is to empower Nandocas to excel both within and beyond the Nando's environment.

  • An individual with experience in a leadership role or management background in casual dining or a similar sector, though not mandatory.
