Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Services Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional results. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing financial analysis and preparing reports for senior management and boards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead teams to perform detailed financial analysis and prepare reports for senior management and boards
  • Identify negotiation factors for purchase price and deal structuring
  • Performance management, mentoring, and training junior staff members
  • Business development and pursuit activities as well as cultivating long-term client relationships

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 6 years of relevant work experience, including 4 years' experience in a dedicated Transaction Services role
  • A background in another leading accounting or advisory firm or investment banking
  • Strong report writing, research, modeling, and financial analytical skills
  • Delivery and project management experience
  • CA and/or CFA qualifications or similar
  • A degree with an outstanding academic record from a leading Australian or overseas university or business school in one or more fields, including Accounting, Management, Commerce, Business, or Finance
