Transaction Services Role Overview

This position involves managing due diligence engagements for business acquisitions or disposals, collaborating with private equity investors and strategic corporate buyers to optimize transaction outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of financial and operational performance by examining accounting records and engaging with management teams to uncover critical factors influencing purchase price and deal structuring.
  • Develop and assess pro forma financial data to support strategic decision-making, ensuring accurate forecasting and risk assessment.
  • Uncover key drivers of financial and operational performance to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize transaction outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a Financial Due Diligence (FDD) role, preferably in a Big 4 environment.
  • CPA or CA qualification, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and data analytics software, with experience in visualization tools preferred.
