Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Transaction Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations group, you will be responsible for providing high-level transaction management services across a portfolio of diverse transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and coordinate the lifecycle of transactions, from inception to completion.
  2. Establish and maintain key relationships with clients, lenders, and other market participants.
  3. Perform high-level reviews of syndicated loan and security documentation from an operational perspective.
  4. Coordinate and liaise between finance parties during the term of a transaction.
  5. Ensure all conditions precedent have been confirmed by legal and lenders as required.
  6. Monitor ongoing conditions subsequent and approve utilisation requests prior to processing.
  7. Coordinate efficient completion of KYC processes and establish and maintain internal transaction databases.
  8. Covenant monitoring through the collection and analysis of financial statements and information.
  9. Coordinating waivers and amendments to existing documentation in consultation with borrowers, lenders, and lenders advisors.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Solid knowledge and experience as facility and security agent.
  • Loan documentation review experience.
  • Good understanding of funding mechanics.
  • Strong relationship management skills.
  • A can-do and resourceful attitude with a commitment to critical and flexible thinking.
