Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced detail-oriented professional to manage and process transactions on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

About the Role:

This role involves close collaboration with managers to ensure accurate completion of all transactions within agreed timeframes. Responsibilities include establishing new clients in the system, ensuring loan prework is completed accurately, and identifying areas for process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of Agency loan drawdowns, rollovers, repayments, bank guarantees, and fee invoicing & collections.
  • Establish new clients in the core system in accordance with signed agreements.
  • Ensure loan prework for Agency transactions are completed accurately and within agreed timeframes.
  • Identify possible areas for process improvement and engage with team members, staff, and managers to contribute to building more effective processes.
  • Report and escalate operational risk events.
  • Prepare and action monthly suspense account reconciliations for the Accounting Department.

Securitisation Responsibilities:

  • Assist/support in the preparation of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for receivables and other Securitisation products when required.
  • Undertake general processing duties like Agency transactions including initiation of loan rollovers, repayments, and charging of fees for various trusts.

Requirements:

A fantastic opportunity for someone with 1-2 years' experience working in a related Operations role within banking and financial services. LIQ system experience is desirable but not essential. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management, attention to detail, and accuracy to ensure the team performs at a high-performance standard.
