Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain NSW Child Safe standards across the business
  • Ensure regulatory compliance for audits
  • Recognize key indicators of standards and legislation
  • Lead and present audit evidence
  • Train staff on compliance requirements
  • Audit accommodation sites and ensure compliance on a weekly basis
  • Maintain compliance records
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes
  • Identify and mitigate risks
About You

We seek a skilled communicator to build upon the work of the senior leadership team.

You will be flexible and able to work with diverse individuals to meet the organization's strategy.

As Compliance Manager, you will be experienced, organized, and able to work in a reactive environment.

You will be a trusted advisor and guide the Senior Management Team on all aspects of compliance.

You will be passionate about your work and the industry.
