To further build and expand their capability and ensure all Child Safety Standards are met, they are seeking a full-time and dedicated Compliance Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain NSW Child Safe standards across the business
  • Ensure Regulatory compliance for Audits for residential care
  • Recognize key indicators of the standards and legislation
  • Lead and present audit evidence
  • Train staff on compliance requirements
  • Audit accommodation sites and ensure compliance on a weekly basis
  • Maintain compliance records
  • Keep up to date with any regulatory changes
  • Identify and mitigate any risks

About You

We are looking for a good communicator, both written and oral, to build upon the work already done by the senior leadership team.

You will be flexible in your approach and able to work with an array of different people to meet the strategy for this organization.

As Compliance Manager, you will be experienced, organized, and able to work in an often-reactive environment.

You will become a trusted advisor and guide the Senior Management Team on all aspects of compliance.
