We're looking for a motivated and detail orientated administrative professional to join our Financial Planning team at our new, modern office in Toowoomba.

About the role

We currently have a position available for a full time Client Services Officer in our Financial Planning team. In this role you will provide valuable administrative support to the Para-planners and Financial Planners and deliver exceptional service our clients.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Arranging client review appointments;
  • Completing all paperwork for client advice and meetings and implement where directed by an Advisor;
  • Organising and processing deposits, withdrawals and switches for clients;
  • Attending to client queries;
  • Ensuring compliance with legislative requirements such as Fee Disclosure and Opt-In; and
  • General office administrational tasks.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • A positive attitude and motivation to grow and develop your skills in this role.
  • Demonstrated industry experience in financial planning or related professional services.
  • Demonstrated ability to complete a range of administrative tasks utilising Microsoft Office products, including spreadsheets, reports, letters and schedules;
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the confidence to speak up when issues are identified;
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively;
  • Excellent personal presentation and communication skills; and
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
