Key Responsibilities- Manage appointment schedules for audiologists, ensuring seamless client experiences
- Greet clients at the clinic, update records, and provide timely support
- Assist with client and doctor enquiries, responding promptly and professionally
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other communication effectively
- Provide basic troubleshooting and servicing for hearing devices
- Accurately bill appointments and maintain accurate records
- Perform general office duties, contributing to a smooth-running clinic environment
