Lead Sales Team to Achieve Exceptional Outcomes

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused leader to drive sales results, lead from the front, and engage a high-performing team at our Trade Centre in Sydney.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will support the smooth and efficient running of the store through customer, team, and sales-focused responsibilities. You will work closely with your team on the shop floor to sell and promote our range of commercial and residential paints and products to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ongoing training and development of the team to increase engagement and performance
  • Maintaining intensive and proactive focus on safety and sustainability
  • Building relationships with local tradespeople and optimising the customer experience
  • Managing stock levels, financials, and budgets to ensure key goals are met

You will need to be passionate about developing others, have strong skills in leadership and sales, and experience with stock management and financials. A good level of physical strength is also required as you will need to move heavy product up to 25kg. Intermediate computer skills and paint knowledge are advantageous but not essential.
