Family Services Case Worker
Provide family support services, including home visits, to strengthen parenting skills and create a culturally connected environment.
About the Role- Deliver timely and effective family support services using a strength-based approach.
- Engage with families on agreed goals and tasks, ensuring consistent messages and respect for cultural differences.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve program objectives and promote strong, safe communities.
- Conduct home visits on a weekly or fortnightly basis to provide family support services.
- Develop and implement individualized plans with families to achieve agreed goals and tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and service delivery.
- Qualifications in social work or a related field, such as a diploma or degree.
- Relevant work experience in a similar role and/or industry is desirable.
- A current employment Working with Children Check Card and a national Police Check are required.
