Member Connection Specialist

Our ideal candidate will have a passion for fostering lasting relationships between our members and the Essendon Football Club.

We are seeking a highly motivated Member Connection Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in building strong connections with our fans and ensuring their loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to strengthen member engagement and loyalty
  • Lead targeted campaigns to keep members connected and invested in the club
  • Provide personalized support to first- and second-year members, ensuring they feel valued and part of our community
