Our organization seeks skilled professionals to fill the position of Field Service Technician.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintenance, repair, and servicing of equipment across various brands.
- Preparation of new machine specifications and requirements.
- Commissioning and training of machinery for optimal performance.
- Investigating equipment issues and customer complaints to identify solutions.
- Conducting regular equipment inspections.
- Providing exceptional customer service and support at all times.
- Assisting in the training and development of apprentices and staff as needed.
- Australian recognized trade certification (Mechanical or Electrical).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Service Technician or Light Vehicle Mechanic role.
- Unrestricted driver's license.
- Basic computer skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
- Clear problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
