Expert Director of Inclusive Practices

The Facilitator Director will lead a positive, supportive and collaborative working relationship with internal and external stakeholders. This role involves overseeing recruitment, training and quality of the facilitator team, and ensuring the Disability Inclusion reform achieves its aims and objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a team to deliver high-quality services that promote inclusive practices and support individuals with disabilities.
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve the quality and effectiveness of our programs.
- Collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Our ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of child development, neurodiversity, and disability. They possess excellent leadership skills, strong project management abilities, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
