Job Description

We are seeking skilled and values-driven Non-Executive Directors to join our Board. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping ADECs future - helping us expand our reach, elevate our impact, and position the organisation as a leader in culturally inclusive care across Victoria.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic thinking and strong communication skills
  • Understanding of aged care, disability, and/or multicultural sectors
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion

Additional requirements include financial management and governance experience, clinical governance, quality, and risk management expertise, and lived experience of disability (personal or familial).
