Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Inclusion Outreach Coaching initiative within the Department of Education. This strategic leadership position will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing systematic methods of capability building in inclusive practices.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Inclusion Outreach Coaching team to implement capability building initiatives
  • Provide strategic oversight of system-capability building initiatives within Inclusive Education Professional Practice
  • Collaborate with project managers and Directors across Divisions to ensure cohesive delivery of Disability Inclusion system initiatives
  • Develop and implement tools to address, plan and evaluate current data trends
  • Evaluate the impact of coaching supports on in-class, school-wide and system-wide levels
  • Foster communities of practice for educators and coaching workforces in inclusive practices
  • Provide expert advice in inclusive practices capability building to regions, Areas and school teams

Requirements:

  • Experience working with diverse populations in educational settings
  • Project management experience with stakeholder engagement
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
