The Director of Student Success and Inclusion will work constructively with learning leaders to maintain an aspirational, positive culture among students and staff.

This role bridges individual care, wellbeing, and holistic educational programs. The position demands a collaborative mindset, empathetic actions, and effective communication supported by good process and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
