About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Support Professional to join our Secretarial Team in Sydney, supporting the Corporate practice group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to multiple fee earners in the practice group, ensuring exceptional client service and timely delivery of tasks.
  • Assist with document preparation, drafting correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Manage competing demands, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients, providing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying knowledge to improve processes and efficiency.

About You

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced professional with a strong background in administration, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with document management systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands.
