About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Professional to join our team at Affinity Education Group. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Centre Managers across our 4-5 centres in the Wagga Wagga area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Area Manager on daily centre practices
  • Support Centre Managers with administrative tasks, including documentation collation and account management
  • Implement an effective documentation system for regulatory departments
  • Provide support for phone inquiries and other administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Experience in an administrative or receptionist role
  • Previous experience in Early Childhood Education is ideal
  • Experience in a management or leadership role is desirable
  • A current Working with Children's Check or willingness to obtain
  • An individual with a sharp eye for detail and the ability to operate autonomously
